If you are registering yourself and not a child, go ahead and enter your own personal information in the forms that follow.

You want to register one or more children, and not yourself

You must create your own master/parent account first, so make sure to enter your own personal information in the forms that follow.
You can create accounts for your children after you have made your own account.
